Aplus FLV to Cellphone Converter by Aplus Software is a nice and intuitive tool that allows you to convert lots of video formats (including FLV, used in streaming sites like YouTube) to 3gp format so that you can play them with your mobile phone.

Supported formats for the input include: FLV, AVI, Divx, Xvid, ASF, WMV, MPEG, MOV, QT, RM, RMVB, VCD SVCD, VOB.

Output can be 3GP or 3G2, you can also configure settings like video type, syze, bitrate, frame rate, aspect ratio, and audio parameters like channels sample rate and volume for the output.

Aplus FLV to Cellphone Converter has a nice graphic interface with a built in preview, it supports batch conversion of files with different formats and also lets you convert a clip of the video by setting the start and end positions of the source file before conversion.

If you have some YouTube videos in your hard drive (or other formats like AVI, MPEG, etc) and would like to play them on your mobile phone that supports 3GP, this tool will help you with that task. You can test it by downloading a free trial (it only converts 50% of the video).
